Free Shipping
Yes. All orders shipped within Canada enjoy free shipping.
Yes. All orders shipped to the US enjoy free shipping.
Select orders over $2,000 CAD before taxes shipping to locations outside of Canada and the US may enjoy free shipping depending on the destination. Please contact us before completing your purchase to find out if your order qualifies for free shipping. All other orders will be subject to an additional shipping fee.
Made-to-Order products shipped within Canada normally take 1 to 2 weeks. Made-to-Order products shipped to the US normally take approximately 2 weeks. Made-to-Order orders destined for outside Canada and the US will vary depending on location, please contact us for more accurate details. Please allow an additional 2 to 3 weeks for all custom and personalised orders.
Sales tax is calculated based on the destination the order is shipped to. Ex Aurum is not responsible for additional charges including customs duties incurred by the customer. The customer agrees to any and all additional charges.
Yes. A tracking number is provided for every shipped order.
The security of your order shipment is important to us, which is why Ex Aurum only uses premium shipping services. The shipping service provider may vary depending on destination. We partner with FedEx for all orders shipped within Canada and the US.
If you choose to collect your order in person, please indicate so when ordering so that we can have your order ready. We look forward to seeing you at the Ex Aurum Showroom.
Return Policy
Returns on eligible items are possible within the first thirty days following the sale. Please note that some items are not eligible for return. Ineligible items include custom, personalised, damaged, used, altered or previously exchanged jewellery. All items on sale or purchased at a discount are final sale. All items over $10,000 are final sale. Engagement and wedding rings are final sale. All eligible items for return must include all original packaging and paperwork. For all eligible orders, funds will be returned by the same method of the original payment. Some items not eligible for return may be eligible for exchange. Personalisation
Yes. We offer the first resize on all eligible Ex Aurum rings for free, within one year of sale. Resizing is not possible for some rings, such as for most eternity bands. Please contact us or visit the Ex Aurum Showroom for more information.

Custom Design & Redesign
Ex Aurum Jewellers specializes in custom jewellery. We will proudly work with you to design and craft a unique fine jewellery creation that you will love. Please contact us or visit the Ex Aurum Showroom for more information.

Our experts will be happy to help you redesign your jewellery and create something new which you will want to wear. In this collaborative process, we can reuse the diamonds or gemstones and even supply some new ones to bring your vision to life. Warranty
All products created by Ex Aurum Jewellery are protected by our lifetime warranty. The Ex Aurum Forever Warranty covers any and all manufacturing defects for Ex Aurum jewellery. Eligible Warranty usage requires that the jewellery in question is assessed by our expert jewellers who must then confirm whether the issue is due to a craftsmanship defect. In the event of a manufacturing defect, Ex Aurum will replace or repair any jewellery covered by the Ex Aurum Forever Warranty. The Warranty cannot be applied for Ex Aurum jewellery that is altered by a third party. In order to maintain the Warranty, Ex Aurum jewellery must be reevaluated within one year of sale by Ex Aurum and afterwards biennially. Regular checkups are important to maintain the integrity of your jewellery and prevent further damage, so that you can keep your jewellery looking its absolute best!
No. The Ex Aurum Forever Warranty is not insurance. If you are interested, we recommend that you insure your jewellery pieces with a third party. We do not offer insurance products or services.
While the Ex Aurum Warranty extends to the setting of stones for jewellery made by Ex Aurum, without alterations by a third party, the stones are not covered by the warranty.

In general, Ex Aurum jewellery pieces should be stored in their original packaging. Avoiding excessive moisture, dryness, and direct sunlight can also help protect your fine jewellery. Avoid contact with other pieces of jewellery or other hard objects, as this can lead to scratching. Ex Aurum offers a wide range of repair services. Please contact us for more details. We will be happy to assist you by providing a quote and finally restoring your jewellery.
Ex Aurum offers cleaning for all Ex Aurum jewellery for free for in-store visits only. This service is not available online. Deep-cleaning, polishing and replating services are also available, at an additional charge. Please contact us for more information or visit the Ex Aurum Showroom.
