My name is Kevin D******, and I recently bought an engagement ring from Gino, who made the whole process pretty easy, and well priced.

I will be in the area with my beautiful fiancee on Monday, and want to know if I can set up a meeting with Gino to discuss the purchase of our wedding bands (his and hers), as I was very happy with the price and service last time. D**** B**** referred you the first time, and he was right on. I will be referring your shop as well, especially if the price on the weddings bands is as good! :)

Please let me know if Gino is available Monday, and what time during the day I could meet with him. Late AM would be preferable.

My fiance and I were recently engaged this week and I have
to tell you that the ring he had made by Ex Aurum is the most
beautiful ring I’ve ever seen – prettier than I could have ever
imagined!!! Thank you sooo much Gino – we’ll definitely be
back for our wedding bands next year.

As this is the nicest piece of jewellery that I own, I want to make
sure I take the BEST possible care of it….but I’m not sure how to
care for my ring. Could you please tell me how I can clean it and
some general guidelines? For example, should I remove before
swimming or showering? How often should I clean it? Anything
else you think I should know.
